  • Coalescing Filters Coalescing Filters

Parker Finite's special UNI-CAST formed elements provide lower pressure drop and less frequent changeouts, saving you time and money. Finite offers a variety of filter elements to meet your application requirements. Coalescing filters will protect and extend the life of sensitive pneumatic equipment. Don’t risk damaging finished goods, due to poor process air quality.

Finite coalescing elements filter contaminants of greatest concern in precision compressed air systems which are water, oil and solids. These filters are over 99.98% effective at removing all aerosols and eliminating all solid particles larger than 0.3 µm. Thus, oil aerosols at a 20ppm contamination level are reduced to a 0.004 ppm concentration - acceptable for virtually all pneumatic applications.

    Applications

Finite coalescing filters provide protection and cost benefit in filtering liquids and solids in the following areas:

    • Alternative Fuels production
    • Food Packaging/Beverage Bottling
    • Medical/Dental
    • Microelectronics
    • Natural Gas production
    • Plastic Blow Molding
    • Spray Painting/Powder Coating
